Airdrie United sign Steven Campbell

Loading ...Airdrie United are pleased to confirm the signing of defender Steven Campbell. The youngster had been without a club since leaving Rangers in the summer of 2007.
Steven is a 5′11” central defender who played with Partick Thistle on loan during the 2006-07 season.
He made his debut in Saturday’s 2-1 victory over Alloa Athletic at Recreation Park and the early indications were good - he settled in well and turned in an accomplished performance.
He has joined the club until the end of the season and will adds depth to the Airdrie squad at a time when we were badly needing new faces.
